Libro Credit Union celebrates 15 years of top banking award
Everyone at Libro Credit Union has sent thanks to the thousands of people who voted to give credit unions a customer service award for the 15th year in a row.
The announcement was part of the annual Canada-wide Financial Service Excellence Awards, which every year reflect the opinions of customers across the financial industry. This year was the 15th in a row that Canada’s credit unions as a whole were awarded the accolade for Customer Service Excellence.
“We couldn’t be happier to hear about this appreciation from Libro Owners and others who do business with credit unions,” said Steve Bolton, CEO of Libro. “Every day, our staff try to show the difference when you deal with a credit union, so it means so much to us when we’re among the credit unions recognized in this way.”
The awards, announced by Ipsos, include seven for credit unions and were based on the combined results of more than 47,000 completed surveys.
Steve Bolton said: “Thank you to all the Libro Owners who work with us. Although we work to serve Owners individually, one at a time, it feels so good to know Libro is growing strong as a result of their trust, and increasing its capacity to grow prosperity for everyone in southwestern Ontario.”
