COVID-19 Update: Our Message To Libro Credit Union Owners
SOUTHWESTERN, ONTARIO; March 13, 2020 — As the rapidly-changing events surrounding COVID-19 (also known as the novel coronavirus) continue to dominate discussions and media reporting, you, as a Libro Owner, will have many questions.
Please know everyone at Libro Credit Union remains committed to providing the best possible service to Owners, and all our locations and services continue to operate. Guided by the advice provided by the government, we are taking sensible precautions against the spread of the virus, including increasing cleaning services at all Libro locations. Remember we do have a wide range of services available online at libro.ca, and, in the interests of public health, please don’t visit a Libro branch in person if you are feeling sick. Thank you for your understanding.
You may see changes in how we offer services, such as Libro Coaches greeting you without offering a handshake. Our core values remain the same. Our promise to support Owners remains the same as it always has been. We will work with you, to help you achieve your goals over the long-term, however challenging the times may be.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Coach to ask your questions. And, with volatility in the markets this week, our Making Cents of Money blog at the Libro website addresses some questions Owners may have about their investments.
Thank you for being a Libro Owner. Please know that promoting financial resilience is a key focus for your credit union. We are here for you.
